Good luck with this project. I once was part of a similar project a year ago, unfortunately that was abandoned after the leader decided he didn't have enough time to continue. Therefore I'll say that this type of project will need a lot of dedication and time in order to get there in the end...

I find the video a bit weird, they kept changing the camera views a little too often. Would be nice to see just a gameplay video rather than more of a trailer.

I have just been told by Groobz that he can't post his line-up just yet since he is having trouble with his account. He says "i formated my pc, and its not sending me a confirmation email with a new password" So maybe an admin will have to look into this problem.

I think I won't rush out and buy Cricket 2006 when it comes out like I did with Cricket 2004. I will first wait and see some proper reviews then decide if it is worth it. Overall, as long as it doesn't have a lot of bugs and the gameplay is good I will be happy :)

Well I am not too keen on purchasing Kali if there are other free alternatives out there. I downloaded that GIT program and would be willing to test that out with anyone to see it that works.

I would be interested, but I am not sure if my version of Cricket '97 will work. I have Cricket '97 Ashes Tour Edition. If it would work, I would want to play.

Could you please post your computer specifications and the operating system you are using. Also, have you tried reinstalling the game yet?

The only difference will most likely be the fixing of any bugs and major problems in the beta. The 9.0 final version should be the released version with the fixes to the problems and should be the better version to run compared to the beta.

Yes it definately is released, in fact I bought it orginally around September last year.

At the moment the game is starting to slowly get better. - Ravi's tweak has made the game more realistic and challenging. - Sam's .exe tweak has fixed up some of the major bugs plus added a nice challenge to the game also. - The Save Tweak also helps as always when wanting to change...

Yeah, when I first got the game I used to have a lot of byes. But a little while later I totally formatted my Hard Drive and installed a fresh installation of Cricket 2004 and slightly fiddled with the graphics settings and now I don't seem to have that byes problem really at all anymore. :)

Probably the best two patches to be using are Ravi's Patch and Sam's .exe patch. These both help make the game more realistic and more challenging.
