WILL ENGLAND BOUNCE BACK FROM THE ASHES 06/07?

After a much troubled Ashes series where things did not go there way at all England arrive at Heathrow with some good and some bad thoughts to take from that tour, and they know there will be a change in England cricket as for now its basic stuff things they have taken from the tour is that the team can fight they can battle and showed it in parts of the test matches, also Alastair Cook has shown to be a good find maybe not on full form but has shown some ticker.

Well all know what the bad things are playing in patches etc...But we are sure England's head coaches will have a seat and talk through why this was so unsecessful and they have alot of time between 2007 - 2009 to sort things out and it is a busy few seasons for them so they will need to cope consistantly.

Below we have a fixture's list until the Ashes 2009, the main matches of each tour will be shown befor the tour starts for now its where and who will be touring squads announced later after some disscusion...

England Press Release - Team News!

Englands 'Team News' interview has taken place and has some interesting people present at it aswell. Looks like a big press release Vaughan seems to be present at it with a few of the other ECB Officials.

So to kick off a interview with Vaughan is about to go under way and we have just learned he is back and fit to be Capitan of the side for as long as possible...

'Well I'm really proud first off to be declared fit to play cricket again which has been my first aim to get back and it has been sucessful although I couldnt play a part in the Ashes I am 100% now and hope to just get time in the middle.

I am also proud to be leading the side out once again to, I think Freddie and Strauss did a good job and showed some fight which is what this team is all about and we hope to show fight starting from South Africa later on this month'

So Vaughan speaks loud and clear about his teams intentions there is one more press release left to decide the team then its time to prepare for South Africa and then the ICC World Cup 2007 so we look forward to more news.

England Team Selection & South Africa Tour Fixtures!

England have announced some of the changes in the squad as we know Vaghan is back and to a suprise so is Trescothick the explaination for this is he is going to be a key in the World Cup so they need to get games in for him and South Africa tour will be the best place to do it and they also feel he is more effective than Cook in ODI's, Batty has replaced Jones but it is not confired if this is final still looking for a solid WKB so England just announced the XI they expect to be playing on this tour.

Guys two questions please respond...

Would it be cool if I did some matches like warme ups on Cricket 2005?

And do you guys prefer Small Update with less writing or One with detail because I find people dont read all that stuff some of us write so it gets pointless?

Great job so far punk Sk8r. i think it would be great if u did some warm up matches. i prefer detail because it create effect.

lol when I ment would it be cool to do them matches, it was if its cool to do them on Cricket 2005 instead of Cricket 07 Im starting to like Cricket 2005 again ;)

Dunno I feel 07 is to limited but for the matches against South Africa I will use Cricket 07 only for the Warm ups Im going to use Cricket 2005 ;)

Gauteng vs England, Day 1 - Lunch!

Pretty even set-up so far although Gauteng have not struck yet deciding to bowl the line and lenght has been good and getting runs has not been easy by any means we know England will try to get as much time at the crease and so far there looking in good nick both Tresco and Strauss hopefully we can get more out of them.

Strauss has done good to get to a strugling 50 and will look to get a 100 so he can have high confidence leading into the proper series which lays ahead of them and it will not be easy so max concentration is always required against South Africa.
