Story Thread Topics

This post is to remind all new users about where certain threads should be posted. Match stories and threads about and asking about strategies are welcome, hence the name "Cricket 2004 Stories & Strategies Forum." Certain exceptions are made with posts asking about bowling because it is, indeed a strategy. But other questions, example, asking about bugs and creating players, etc is to be done in the Main Cricket 2004 Forum (click).

Don't worry, there is absolutely no need to penalize those who do not follow forum topic rules. Your posts will just be moved to the appropriate forum. A link may or may not be left in the original forum and/or the mod posting it will reply in the thread saying "topic moved."

Thank you for your time and once again NO POSTS DEALING WITH PIRACY ALLOWED...

Please note that this forum is for cricket stories ONLY.

Also with the new forum software you can give each story a "rating" out of 5 stars using the "Rate Thread" option on the thread page or when you are posting a reply!

Important Read This!!

Okay, just to inform you guys that you can start a story with any team/club of your choice.
I have been going through the story threads and have noticed that some stories have been stopped due to the fact that one or more teams involved in that thread is being used by some other member in another story.
Now we just have about 9 international teams, so it will be difficult to have seperate teams in every story thread. So irrespective of what is happening in the other stories, you are free to choose the team/club of your choice.

Poll Editing Requests

Poll Editing at this moment is not permitted for registered members, and all requests regarding the same should be made to me or any other mod or admin. [By PM]

Also, try to minimise such changes, as it is a tricky process, and often the earlier poll results are retained. I am working on this however.

I have now been given the ability to change and alter polls in the thread. If you need a thread changed you can PM myself or m_vaughan. but please try to limit changes as m_vaughan has pointed out in the above post
