A Team can have a maximum of 3 overseas players, 3 local players, 1 retired player and 4 national players .
The line up must consist of a / wicket keeper, and at least six players who can / bowl.
You can't change your captain and your captain must play in all the games.

That means a retired player if he is a captain your another retired player can never play
