Definitely not. Averaging 70+ in 18 Tests with 7 not outs doesn't make him better that a Tendulkar. ( it's impressive though )

:blueo: - Very good
:redo:/:goldo: - Good
Voges is :redo: in the players list. He'll more than likely be rated slightly higher than the other :redo: batsman.
