1) This is ridiculous - it's cricsim and vCash.
2) He never said that I had to use the sponsorship name every time I mentioned the team, so there's no violation of a contract here.
3) He has no high ground to claim he's being cheated after what he did that got him banned in the first place.
4) This is ridiculous.

That's why you should dismiss these charges!

Now its enabled again by the admins, so the issue is resolved. You are trying to relate the two, which imo is just an attempt to save your ass.

Kshitiz, i'd say you take this because to hold a long lengthy process of you searching for 1 million and not getting it, would make me both angry and you extremely poor, as the rates at which i'd charge you would be astronomical.

He didn't have to use the name in announcements unless he was paid to do so.

Basically, Kshitiz paid for the team name on the thread, and the official name used during the toss of the game. (The losers that are the Sydney McStallions vs The Termite Toronto Tanks)

I only included the Termite Toronto Tanks in my press releases because I felt like being nice, and I thought it was rather amusing.
