Yesterday Guinness released their top 50 video game character charts of all time, there were many clich? entries such as Mario and Link but also a few which I didn't expect such as Niko Bellic from GTA:IV and Cole from Gears of War.

blanka is my favourite street fighter character.

another not mentioned here is cortez from timesplitters, sir daniel fortesque from medieval and cid from the final fantasy games.

That rolling attack was a bitch to pull of consectuively. And that electric attack was never that effective.

Hadouken ftw! And add the occassional dragon punch for good measure.

Thane(one doesnt have to be a lead character of the game to get in this list. Thane was brilliantly done in Mass Effect 2)
