Hi, since PCWS is about to end, I'll be looking to run another 50 overs league. I'm gladly open to ideas as to region/format etc. :)

Something of this sort,

each person will have to make a best 15/16 squad initially with the draft system
team consisting of at least (minimum),
4 batsmen
1 specialist wk
2 genuine all rounders
3 quicks
3 spinners

but here is the catch,
these are the constraints with which the person should select players in the draft
1 cricketer each from top 10 ranked teams. eg: once the person took virat kohli, he cannot take any other int. player from india
3 of the rest should be from any other associate nation but all 3 players should belong to different nations
the remaining 2 separately could be uncapped players from any country (including top 11 and previously used associate ones)

*if needed,
there can be an ultimate final round where the players can be given a respite and allowed to choose any 1 player from the remaining lot in the world
(the person who choose virat kohli can choose suresh raina provided no other player took raina in any of the previous rounds.

after the drafts are done, they will need to clash in a league to become the ultimate best squad in the world!

A PC players league???
That's prolly going to be a bilateral series which I can manage on any day since it doesn't propose a reasonably heavier work load. So cheers, I'll be launching one of that kind soon.

Nice idea and I liked it to be honest, but that also sounds like bit complicated for those participating. I'm actually looking for something simpler right now, would have definitely gone otherwise had activity in this section been to its peak level.

Maybe Royal London one day cup with 6 teams (or as many you think) as we didn't have an English league in recent past
I can run an 18 teams version too but then match presentations will be limited to just commentary and scores only. Because actually it's captions that are hectic and eat up more of my time and I still don't come up with any good ones anyway :p. In this scenario, I can even manage stats and points table regularly (like it's piece of cake really). It's matter of question if team managers can cope with plain match presentations with just logos at top, commentary, scores and not anything fancy.[DOUBLEPOST=1593610329][/DOUBLEPOST]By the way, how about an ODI world cup with squads built of players to have played ODIs in any era?

I would be much up for this! I don't really care about the match presentation much, as long as it's clean and easy to process. I'd love an 18-team version of an English List-A league. :yes

Rather than 18, you can have lesser teams as activity is quite low and finishing 18 team league will take-up lot of time

Honestly activity seems on low even in my five side PCWS series. As for Royal London OC, they've like 2 divisions with 9 teams in each, and we can always allot 2 teams to a single manager (one team from each division).

If people around here are good with plain match presentations I'm all in for this.

I'm in for Royal London One Day cup, even if it's only scorecards and commentary. :cheers[DOUBLEPOST=1593612165][/DOUBLEPOST]

@Rabbit Hood / @Yash. and @Akshay. if your schedules will allow an official member league like the PCL, put forth a proposal and message it to @User2010 and myself.

I'm confident between the three of you we can have another successful league.

Entirely up too you guys!
will new players like us be allowed in it?[DOUBLEPOST=1593665159][/DOUBLEPOST]@Rabbit Hood

By the way, how about an ODI world cup with squads built of players to have played ODIs in any era?

This is a simple and great idea and very viable for everyone to manage and enjoy.

Also, how about an IPL in UAE with shortened format?
