Jharkhand Burnlights escaped it !

Burnlights' innings was divided into several see-saw type chunks :

• Firstly , a brisk opening start of 36 runs in 4.3 overs .

• The fall of quick 4 wickets and the score at -> 64/4 .

• Irani-Thwaites partnership , with Thwaites improvising the counter attack . Irani out for 21 clean bowled . 61 runs the duo combinely scored in this (Thwaites 36 off 24 balls). Score now -> 125/5 .

• 141 runs still needed from 32 overs , with 5 wickets in hand .

• Next came in Chakraborty who was having a way poor form with both bat & ball . At crucial time , All-Rounder Thwaites was RUNOUT ! scoring 57 off 37 balls . Both the All-rounders stamped a run-a-ball 40 run partnership .

• Score stood -> 165/6 . 100 more needed from 25 overs .

• The last okayish recognised batsman A.R.Kharas partnered Chakraborty now .

• Playing the ball tick-tock tick-tock would've landed nowhere for Burnlights . Therefore , both the batsmen Chakraborty & Kharas played on merit and bashed the balls which were needed to .

• Both notched up their fifties in quicktime .

• At 39.2 overs , Chakraborty was given OUT ! LBW and scored 55 runs . Kharas-Chakraborty stand lasted for 89 runs off 82 balls .

• 255/7 and 11 runs still needed .

• The job was nearly done then . But still a fear was there as Kharas had to bind the next coming up tailenders .

• Doraiswami came in & went in the very next ball . Rudolph took back to back 2 wickets now .

• 255/8 now !!!!

• Next over , Joshi also went back to the pavilion with Jharkhand's win & lose at the edge !!!!!!!

• 256/9 SHIT !!!!

• The worser batsman Burrell came to bat . And only Kharas and some bit of luck would've ensured the win .....

• Burrell survived the dead attack from the bowlers .

• End of 43rd over -> 265/9 . And scores LEVEL !!!!!!!

• Burrell had to face the next over and just a single run needed ...

• First 3 balls he faced off the over very frightengly . But tucked a ball & Kharas-Burrell sneaked off a RUN !!!!!!

Currently , it is 2-0 in favour of Warriors (all official one-days) . Will JB be able to break it & emerge as the Champions ?
