    ICC Takes A U Turn & approves 14-team format for Woorld Cup 2015

    Should be 16 for both. Yet another spineless decision by the ICC. If you want to promote the game past the regular clique of 10 countries you need to open it up to more markets. It would have been an easy format too: 4 groups of 4, with 2 top 8 countries per group.
