Playing online using custom teams

If I want to play using, for instance, my club team vs someone elses, is having both of us create the other teams players manually the only way that you can do it?

Brad, one person makes it in their roster.pak file, then send it over something like msn messenger or email to the other person.

then they just put it in their user and both teams should have the same line-ups

I mean for both players to have custom teams, because their roster.pak won't have your team and vice versa

yer, make you team, send you file to your opponent, let them make their team, then send it back to you. Both players have the updated teams
