Quick question. With the whole career mode bug, I plan to start a career with the default teams. So is it possible to start a career, and then download the cricket academy teams for other game modes without messing up career?

It is absolutely madness that people are actually playing it now and we don't even have a release date.

Ordered from 365games as they were the only retailer with an Irish specific section. Hopefully I get it by the 11th but I'd say the Monday is more realistic.

That's exactly what I'm planning to do. Would order off Amazon but their release date is not the bloody 14th!

Just saw this on the gameexchange site, looks like the dream is over. This product will now not be available to us as the publisher has stepped in to prevent the import. ---------- The above would suggest we haven't a hope of seeing it in the UK on the 4th. What a tweaking shambles this is...

They'll post it as soon as they get it I'd imagine. So I'd be quietly confident those in the UK will have it on Friday. I'm in Ireland so Monday for me maybe.

The release date is the only distinction. *Everyone* who ordered the game got the email. I hapoen to have the Aussie one ordered, so it's not relevant to me. Just passing on the message. I don't have to order again afaik!

I don't think I need to order again. My original order was for the Aussie import. I reckon this is just to alert people who ordered the UK version they can get it earlier. They just happened to send the message to everyone.

Pre-ordered the Aussie version from game exchange. Just got this email from them which I presume was sent to anyone who ordered the game, Aussie import or otherwise.

I'm in Ireland, and I'm torn between ordering off game and amazon. Hopefully game has it right. I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER.

I managed to get it fixed! the problem i have now is with the game slowing down in career mode. In a quick game or nets its fine, but in carrer mode its slow when i bat or bowl. Ideas? Thanks!

The patch has been extracted in the cricket heroes folder but it's still running the old version. I can play the game if i run it as administrator but it contuinues to crash. Sorry, I'm probably not making much sense
