Is it insensitive to say that I like seeing Mohit Sharma get tonked? How he manages to find a place in the playing XI in this day and age is beyond me. Surely there would be better options available to choose from? Pretty similar case is of Vijay Shankar as well.

It's not a well thought out rule and I've seen Teams not being able to fully capitalize its potential. Given that players are being more vocal now, I reckon it will be done away with. But having said that I wouldn't be surprised if it's tried out on a trial basis in ODIs as well.
