Should it happen, I would rate it #2. #1 will still be the Ashes innings with Leach - there was virtually no way the opposition would have thought they would end up losing when England were 9 down. This Test, England are still in, although the possibility has reduced.

England did well to reach where they did after being 7 down. Some precious deficit erased. If India are to pose any threat, they will need to set a target of 350+. If it's less than 300, then I think England will back themselves to score those even if it's the 4th innings.

India have pulled things back remakarbly. The last recognized pair is out there. It would be a big push towards taking charge of the match if England get bundled out under 250. Keeping my fingers crossed.
