Mate I can't see the shapes.cr files in the screenshot, its key for the game to run. I think you have unrar the original Shapes file which comes with the game...You dont need to do it mate. If you done it just rar it. and then use this patch it will work...:)

The textures is the easiest part. just select the parts and apply the correct texture. no need to unwrap again everything is unwrapped already.

Export it to .txt from shaper and import it in milkshape. Then from there you can either use .3ds are .obj export which can be opened in 3ds max. i think milkshape messup the bones while importing so better don't import bones it can be avoided.
