I first chat to PlayStation Network through live chat about the game being unplayable. Then I had to make a video as proof that the game is unplayable, my career mode was keep crashing so I made a video of it and uploaded it on Youtube as unlisted, I then send the link by email to PlayStation...

Well I got my refund from PSN :) Once this game become better then I might get it in the future, right now it's not worth it.

I still think Afghanistan beating World Champion England after 14 match losing streak is still bigger upset. I would like to see pull more upsets in the next matches hopefully.

Well they only won 1 match so far in the world cup and that was against Scotland in 2015. This is their only second win in a world cup and beating the world champions is massive. Hope to see them beat more bigger teams.
