I am a cricket nut, I have played hours of literally every cricket game ever made post international cricket on the NES and whatever crappy game was on the Commodore 64.
I have NEVER given a rats about rain. I don’t want rain. I want to play cricket.
But why have weather you ask? Because it...
Out of interest, what platform are you on?
I agree with you on the animations and a few things like AI run rate. But I think we aren’t far away. I actually got a refund in the first 2 weeks for my Xbox series X copy and went to playstation 5. I’m luckily not having many crashes at all and apart...
I agree. At the very least, most would have to admit there’s a gem hiding underneath.
It seems there is a large gap between what steam and ps5 users are getting versus the rest, with some big problems on last gen and Xbox.
But that is not unique in games that are stretched over various...
I’m going to do the England versions too as soon as I can.
the ‘87 challenge cup uniforms, which I love!, were a real rush job just to get an idea how I’d do it so I’ll get around to doing those a little better also. I think England and Pakistan were involved in that tourney too.
(I think...
I was going to post about this yesterday. There’s a number of little things that have just stayed with this series from the very first game.
Demented slips fielders, wandering keepers and cirque du soliel bowlers are on the top of my list. I’ve long thought that they need to just tone down the...
@Mouseydread
I put these in the request thread as someone had asked for them. I made them to go with some of your (and Blocker Dave’s) great teams when I downloaded them. If you wanted to add them to any of your teams, I shared them under Rowdoss and/or
team “Rowdy’s Kits”
I’ll share them tomorrow, even if I just copy them to a nothing team and share it so then people can add them. I’m going to do England as well and then maybe a few World Cup 92 kits if no ones done them yet.
will be under user: Rowdoss
Someone asked about these in another thread. I’ve done a quickie on these 4, haven’t shared yet as I was just using them for myself. I have made teams pinching players from Mouseydread and blocker Dave.
So if those guys want me to share them so they can add the kits to their teams I’d be happy to.
One thing that has annoyed me over the last couple of iterations, and it’s only relatively minor, is the (almost complete) removal of retro kit and equipment and the older style buildings in stadium creator.
I get that it has happened since the Bradman deal ended. But there’s a strong retro...
Is it easier to create logos (and yield better results) on the pc toolset rather than fluff around on a ps5 controller?
It seems the obvious answer might be yes, but I haven’t downloaded the pc stuff yet
Why continue to stand outside off stump and exploit it? You’re not even trying to have fun with it if that’s all you’re doing. I’m getting realistic wagon wheels and strike rates etc.. by playing normally. There are obvious problems but what you’re doing is a pi$$ take.
Requested, and approved in 2 minutes. Which was interesting. As it stated it could take 48 hours. There’s a box to add additional comments and I stated the fact other platforms had been patched multiple times and the Xbox version has now failed testing twice. So at a guess I’d assume they are...
Oh just Rowdoss on the Academy too mate.
I just remembered I used someone’s WSC logos
For the odi kits too that I’ll have to check and give credit for as well.
Ok I just uploaded the 84/85 side
Australia 84/85
I’ll make some adjustments to it in near future. I added the main inclusions to the 85 Ashes squad. I left a few out as they were only squad members and to be honest no one using these teams is going to add those guys to the 11.
Thanks for use...
