Me too have mine set to 20 and after new patch it appears much later , I have adjusted to 50 but something weird going on, not an intentional “fix” with latest patch

I did a test this afternoon by bringing batsman back foot well behind line of the crease for each delivery , didn’t have keeper throw down stumps once in about 20 overs , just a theory but it might be a workaround for the moment.

Happens to me too very regularly, I’m on PS4 career mode , batsman does weird falling away animation and gets run out , also fielders hitting stumps 100% of time even when no run being taken is getting quite boring, have raised a ticket, otherwise game play is excellent now

If I have C24 on PS4 can I transfer it to PS5 at no extra charge as upgrading soon ?

Thank you, I’ll try to play late and see what happens, definitely playing early brings weird animation stuff , you’d like to think it was programmed on purpose as you are effectively beat by flight of ball , but that is probably wishful thinking…….

This batsman leaving crease run out glitch is becoming quite annoying , I think I’m more annoyed than Johnny B was , as I have exit and reload for 10th time during match I’m playing

Have raised a ticket, it was same in C22 and was fixed

Thanks for this , changed to batter relative but still get the weird footwork and get bowled, only way round it is play no defensive shots to spinner for me at the moment

Think mine is being saved to keep whatever style I select

Tried a few batting styles to see if defending to spinners glitch is only on certain ones but seems to be most of them, I wonder if it a result or poor timing or footwork as my career player is only rated 60 , but not convinced by that theory!

It’s a good point about batting styles, I’m using style 3 for career mode , might give the others a test if I can find the time this weekend

Yep I remember having to step away from that game as it drove me nuts with the weird getting bowled to spinners animation , but ended up enjoying it more that this version or C22

I think I’ve seen a couple of comments on here about foot movement to spinners, I have just been bowled twice where foot movements look odd , I’m now either not playing defensively against spinners or exaggerating my foot movements to offside to negate the weird animation that gets me bowled ...

Played 5 matches now still can’t edit player equipment, wondering if a bug or if someone here knows better?

Thanks , for some reason you can’t change equipment for career player until you’ve completed a certain set of matches , was same in C22

Does anyone know how to edit bats etc for career player, just started career mode and not able to change bat after 1st game?

Wicket keeper just a massive problem, I had to turn game off yesterday as it would have gone out the window, short pitch balls outside off are unplayable as any attempt to play will find you dabbing down to third man but the ball never reaches the outfielder as WK leaps and takes miracle catch...

Latest patch on PS4 was improved overthrowns and sidesteps from fielders , that seems to have translated into more of both which is not quite what we were hoping for ! Also why do the fielders have to hit the stumps direct every single time without fail ….. just annoying
