Patch 3 is just not on their priority list. Why would it? The game came out a long time ago. Releasing a patch now would just be for the diehard fans - not financially interesting to them.

Still, it's been a very long wait. I hope it's worth it. I purchased both the PS3 and PC versions. It would be nice to play improved versions of them. I'm still not sure why they didn't act sooner to make the changes, through to and including patch 3, when the game was going through its release...
