Switched on my PC, the hotfix 6 got downloaded automatically of course. Then started a new save and the editor wouldn't load with a version error.

Oh shucks, just tried to use the editor in a new save. But I guess a new Hotfix (6) now has broken the editor yet again.

Yes did the same. Step 5, while loading the screen gets blank with no players loading. Could be because I've continued with my older save after your latest fix. I'll try with a new save and revert tomorrow.

Hi @weetabixharry I think the squad editor is not working. Tried several times, but when I try to load the list of available players on the right hand side, it just remains blank.

Hi @weetabixharry thank you so much for your response. Yes, you're right about the dds and fnt font files. Hardly any information available on the Internet. Strange that the Developer's chose such an archaic format, but I guess it enables them to do much more without major coding changes. Guess...

Many thanks @weetabixharry just FYI, devs have released another hotfix (3) today. Maybe every time they release a hotfix, it breaks the link to the player records? I know it shouldn't be the case, but maybe possible.

@arindamsarkar the issue is with the game AI not the editor. For example, it will choose the top rated opening bats and pull over the others to lower batting positions. In many instances, I had 3 openers selected, and the lowest rated one automatically goes down to 7 or 8 in the batting order...

Awesome work @weetabixharry cant wait to test out the beta version. I hope that the editor for 2021 has better implementation for batting order, bowling order than the previous versions. In most of my saves (post 2023), I still get wierd batting orders in matches, Evin Lewis, Tamim Iqbal...
