In the team home stadium you are not limited to one ground per team. If you wish to have a world cup in one nation possibly you could add 5-10 grounds/stadiums to a team's home stadium/s

Yes I remember how the stands would start to fill up if you were doing well.

I would like to see how much more fleshed out the academy as well. In particular if there are more scenery backdrops to come.

Is it possible to hide the budget HUD? It quite often gets in the way. Maybe just a button flick when placing/editing items.
