I didn't think I needed them after I'd sent them to BA. I thought a zip file was just a compressed copy of the original. I restored them back though. I'm not that tech savvy.

I used the academy today. After exiting I went into the DB17 file and deleted all the zip files. When I tried to load the academy again it loaded fine but on pressing BEGIN it goes through the loading data and log on thing then crashes to desktop. I went into recycle bin and restored the deleted...

At least there trying to fix it. I did try to make a new stadium today but as I was laying out the road it crashed again. It was a lot of work but I'll certainly try again if need be. I am impressed by the real world stadiums waraa and others have done but I love the fiction grounds most of all...

If you don't wanna use it, don't. If you never adjust it from the default it's not ever going to effect you. However, if after playing it a while you feel there's a few tweaks needed, it's there. I don't understand how this is even a debate. it's like somebody requesting test cricket be removed...

How do I back up zip save files. Doesn't the pc do that? Also where does it back up to? I did once select back up files somewhere on my laptop; maybe in control panel I don't know. I imagine they would be buggered too though right? Do I now have to delete all the corrupt grounds and remove them...

To be fair blocker I had uploaded about 35 to the server in case something like this happened but on trying to download those originals I was left with just a hill. Also now I know it's unstable I'll probably wail til launch to do any more unless it's fixed. As you know I know nowt about betas...

The latest fix has completely knackered all my stadiums. Trying to edit any of them either crashes the game or on arrival at said ground I find the pikeys have been in over night nicking all my assets and leaving a Hugh pile of immovable waste. I have posted on BA forum and emailed my zip file...

If I remember correctly the uk was only a week behind world release last time. I had pre ordered from GAME and got it on UK release day. As above the guy in my local store didn't have a clue about the game, he said the game was cancelled, confusing it with the other game.

Yes I've said before it would be cool to have the academy available during your career, even if its a more rigid version. Just to edit things that come up in your game like pads being the wrong colour etc. You could be years into your career before you notice something with all the teams and...

It's difficult to judge the game over a few t5 games. Yes the keeper dived about a little too much and some of the tandem fielding was unnecessary at times, but at least it's there and the over tandeming could have been down to field placing. I like the overlays, especially the bowler...
