I've still got this and many more PS2 games in storage. I sold my PS 2 console around 2015 and intended to sell the games but ended up keeping them!
Now I'm looking to buy a PS2 console again......but they're more expensive now second hand than I think I paid for my previous one! I've got a...
Apologies for dragging up a fairly old thread, but difficulty settings are the bane of my life at the moment ( apart from the Covid 19 situation of course). Can settings be changed mid match? Like.....if I start a match with one setting.....and I change the setting later on in the game, will...
This was tough to play on the PS2 console. (For me anyway). The game box had Freddie Flintoff on it......I couldn't bat for toffee. I would love to revisit it to see if I could get a half decent batting total. Some innings I would be 25 all out! Happy days.......although I probably didn't think...
This thread is a great (and nostalgic) read. Stat packed too! I'm thinking of a 70's equivalent.....but I just know that I don't have this kind of dedication......or patience.
I didn't get RC3 because the general consensus at the time was that it was marginally better than RC2 that I was playing at the time. Intention was to miss getting RC3 and just wait for RC4 to release. Debating wether to get RC4 now......or maybe a cheap and cheerful used RC3. What would your...
Coming to XBox consoles soon....haven't played a half decent baseball game since that 2K game on the 360. Will be interesting how the game transposes from PS to Microsoft.
I've altered the umpire slider settings so often in my quest for 'better/improved' umpiring decisions that they are probably totally out of whack/counter productive now. How can I find the original settings? If I open a new gameplay slider menu show the original umpire settings?
......following a seven month hiatus. Has it changed much over that time....or am I a bit (very actually) rusty? I'm batting like Rory Burns! Some time in the nets methinks.....and a better understanding of gameplay difficulty and slider settings might help....I've never fully understood them...
I'm looking to get a rally driving game for the XBox360. Something that is rally stages and not racing against other cars......just rally cars and not other 4wd SUVs or trucks....and has an option for a first person camera/driving view. Maybe rallycross at a push!
McRae? Dirt? Sega Rally...
"That's an almighty tweak". The mods and tweaks for PC players will always be better than for us console users. Always has been.
But I ain't willing to spend two grand plus for a top end PC spec for gaming. Well, I am but my missus isn't.
Is this a game within a game kind of thing? If not......then why the he*l bowl Zampa second to last over with England still having 6 wickets in hand with only needing a few boundaries/runs to win. Bizarre!
No worries. There are usually some bugs on the release of all games. It's if and how they get rectified that's the issue and I reckon Microsoft will put out as many patches as required. Download times/issues seem to have been a bit of a problem though. I'm still undecided as to get a download or...
Same here......I just don't like having to take corners sideways/oversteer so I'm not a rally gaming fan. Driving in a straight line in an F1 car is hard enough for me!
I've been playing racing games mainly in the form of F1 for ages. Since Formula 1 '97' on the PS1 and more recently the Codemasters F1 games, Forza and Project Cars. (Hated Rallying/Rally cross....so didn't get into Colin McCrae and the likes).
Always used a pad....tried a wheel and pedals set...
Depends what you want from your driving game. I'm a massive F1 fan and have played the F1 series of games since nineteen hundred and frozen stiff! I got the 2020 version mainly because it's going to be the last iteration of the game for my current gen console. Other games such as Project Cars...
