I like it. It is not stellar nor wretched. It's a fairly good game. 7.5/10
There's many things that can be improved but overall it is worth my $10.
Things like - tutorial mode, nets so you can understand what is going on with gameplay mechanics first, markers, customizations, graphics options...
Just bought the game. It's tiny.. 166MB and downloaded in about 20 seconds which is fine.
But the reviews on Steam seem like it is a mixed bag.
Lets see how it is...
What a pathetic game (even if it were 2003). Why/How does this game become the official ICC game? How many members from India are in ICC? Why would anyone in their right mind approve this as the official game?
If they played Don Bradman Cricket (hell even EA Cricket or BLIC 2010), those...
I have 30 hours and I was thinking wow - I've played a lot....
I don't think I can spend 20 times that amount. 600 hours is insane. Unless they just leave their game on on a dedicated PC and get that #.
I have other things that need my attention so I'm happy with the hours I've put in.
That is the biggest nonsense I've read. What if you said this to a car manufacturer - I will not buy your car unless I steal it first and then try it out around the streets of NY for a week or two and then if I like it, I will pay you for ANOTHER legit copy of the car and junk the old one. (now...
Quick save is a MUST. Every game these days has a quick save.
You just provide the option to quick save as a menu option then...
If you want to play without quick save, fine, leave it off in the menu option.
People like me who want to be able to quick save, can avail of it when we...
Might be repeats but for my own record, adding everything I'd like to see here -
- ability to call a toss
- camera that is free form instead of tied to players or ball
- wicket keeper that can be positioned manually
- free form fielding rather than presets
- ability to choose ball color in all...
That same wide wasn't called when the batsman was closer.
I think the batsman position might be influencing the wide calculation incorrectly?
That is not a wide even in standard one day game. This isn't down the leg side as you've put it.
1) Excellent fine leg glance -
2) Batsman needs medical attention. LOL
3) Ouch
4) Good on drive
5) Good caught at slip
6) Great catch
7) Good reflex catch
Few more bugs -
1) Out bug - advance hit the ball to bowler who drops catch. I scramble back to my crease as bowler knocks stumps. Given out - bowled - even got 20XP for the played on to stumps bad luck mate message.
2) Bad wide calls - it pitches on leg stumps and just misses stumps by a...
On Legend I can manage around 70-80 in a 50 over ODI...
Most of the dismissals are due to caught behind edges or lbws because the timing window is very tight
Balls that just miss your leg stump by centimeters are called wide routinely by the umpire for your and AI bowling.
Usually happens if the ball pitches just outside leg and you attempt the back foot flick type shot (left stick down and right stick left) and your char completely moves to the...

1920x1080 - all settings max. vsync is on.
fps = 60
If I leave vsync off, fps goes to over 80 but I like to avoid screen tearing.
As is, anything over 30fps is fluid motion (actually 24 but that is cutting it close) so really I don't think I see the diff bet 30fps or 60fps anyways)
