Mentalities are messed up. Bowling first morning of the test, conservative batsman hits 2nd ball aerial for 4 over mid off. 4th ball holes out to deep backward square. 15 more overs, batsmen are aggressive or balanced mentalities, no aerial shots. Get another wicket and another conservative...

does it deteriorate during play, or just update as you move from one day to the next?

I think things seem in a decent state now, bouncer wides are a bit of a bugbear

Took a wicket with the first ball of the test match today, don’t think that’s ever happened before. Nice edge and catch at slip, pretty cool. Annoying they deleted the catch mini-game though.

Like my difficulty? I think hard for batting, hardest for bowling but I can’t remember, will check. In terms of AI skilling i skill the players myself, best players come out high 80s

I think this was the case in c19 and c22 tbh. I do everything on default in terms of physics
