Had Haynes chase a wide one and edge it to gully - that was nice, though the gully catch itself had a shite animation and the mini-game didn't trigger

has the patch come out on ps5? because i'm currently getting a crash every time i try to create a team in the academy, and hope it's not caused by the patch. it's 100% the close catchers more than the spin, I think

I think maybe close fielders affect the AI somehow? 1698081966 For transparency sake I should also admit Hedley Verity cleaned up the tail with 3-6 in 2 overs, ha ha

This was the tour where Monte Lynch, a member of the West Indian Rebel XI in the 2nd South Africa tour, actually played for England in the ODI series. A meltdown year for England, a summer of 4 captains, I think. Getting was sacked for a ‘tryst’ with a barmaid, Emburey and then Chris Cowdrey...

I agree re the short leg - and it's made worse by the slide animation vs a dive, which would at least look exciting. In prior games I've tried bodyline and the AI would warp outside leg and smash into the off-side, making unplayable. This was really good, and you could see the players who...

Sorted out the upload problem. 9 wickets from my Bodyline test. Am actually re-starting the tour, because of a few issues in some player equipment. I've edited those and shared both teams this morning - England 32/33 and Australia 32/33. username mrdconnors

That friction-less slide is an abomination. Had people taking catches from it, instead of diving forward. Replaced the stoop forward. BA just trolling now

Done an actual Bodyline, and it was sensational. Did it with a real bodyline field, and had Larwood and Voce would bowl mainly but not exclusively to Bodyline... Allen and Hammond not bowling Bodyline, and Verity bowling to an attacking spin field. Australia 254 all out in 60.1 (8 ball) overs...

On the team jumper, where there's the option to "use team colours", if you untick it the jumper "trim" is just white. it would be lovely if instead there was an option to pick those colours.
