This is because Morkel retired in 2021, same as the likes of AB, ten Doeschate, Rankin, Wilson etc. Kevin O'Brien was an active player until only last year, and I have allowed similar retirees who called it quits in 2022 and 2023 such as Porterfield, Coetzer, MacLeod, Myburgh one last hurrah...

It ain't a draft. I don't recall ever doing such a thing for a transfer window before, because they are generally for trading out unwanted retired players or such. And last I checked, there are plenty of top bracket OS players available and too few OS slots to fill them all in.

Also I would be cautious before selecting certain players solely based on orbs in those lists because I did them mostly in 2021 with very few recent additions. It's better to look at their recentmost performances
