This issue has been there through many iteration of BA Cricket. Do not use short-leg for a spinner (or even pace), it will ruin the total experience.

Is the sweep shot of the spinners made more difficult Or its just me unable to connect ?

Its not entirely the WK fault, the AI bowling line needs a correction too in general. The bouncers needs to be more accurate. The AI needs to bowl according to the field set. The issue of keeping a strong legside field (4 on boundary in T20s) then bowling an offside line is there from C22.

AI bowlers does not seem to bowl different enough even though a large plethora of bowling action has been added. Need to have the 'retired hurt' concept to make the playing of shorter length more challenging. Currently the batsman can take unlimited blows on the body and still go on as if nothing has happened and can even run on the same delivery that has hit him on the head.

While getting new licensed players, new stadiums & jerseys is great for the game but it should not be a substitute for gameplay & AI improvements. I would be more happy if BAnt put more effort on the gameplay and AI, rather than the cosmetic changes.

The main problem in the Cricket 22 is that, the batting & bowling 'mentalities' does not vary to a significant extent. The AI plays almost the same way for all the players. If this 'mentality' thing truly plays out in a correct manner then the game become more diversified and to combat that you...
