Nevertheless, he or she took the time to share an issue they are subjectively experiencing with C22, only to be subsequently informed that they're basically imagining problems & that they're full of s***, right there in black & white! ( I'm sure they'll remain unreservedly appreciative of that...
Please bear in mind that some platforms experience bugs and glitches that other platforms do not & vice versa before making such iron clad declarations. What's more, there have even been cases of small groups of users experiencing issues that other users of the same platform aren't...
The career mode remains a sad shell of what it once was in previous iterations, with many aspects still just not functioning at all or it's seriously bugged.
If you're a specialist batsman & you try to change one of your existing batting perks, are you given the option of choosing a different...
Not anymore. It was actually happening on release with C22 & continued until a few patches in, but as has since been pointed out, it now really only happens with AI vs AI.
Additionally, the same lofted uppercut shot between backwards point to the third man region has remained long term broken...
T20 or The Hundred formats in particular desperately need attention too with regards to how the AI is simulating actual wickets taken & match outcomes. (All formats are ultimately affected but it's just that much more obvious in the shortest of the formats.)
For example, I can "attempt" to...
Extremely common issue unfortunately, that's not strange or odd by any means as far as C22 is concerned mate & it never has been. C22 seems to actively use gaps in the slip cordon as part of its ongoing terribly scripted course correction for the AI to actively score runs as required, rather...
LOL. Typical.
Do you know how many times I've seen a diving catch attempt like that on Xbox within the last 4-5 months? ZERO!! (Not even a slips fielder will make a diving attempt as your clip shows.) Something else that apparently remains broken on Xbox as it was working in the past but it...
Technically I haven't actually suggested anything, just that the AI catching system has once again been broken as the AI is back to 100% guaranteed catches at all times.
Having said that, every AI/avatar player do indeed have their own individual catching stats assigned, including catching over...
They've broken the AI catching on almost every patch released, fix it, only to then break it again with the next patch anyway. As a result the game has been in a state of the AI catching everything & never dropping most of the time & the current patch is yet again back to the Ashes Cricket...
Not being funny dude but Ross has said a LOT of stuff on Twitter that has just never happened!! (Patch schedules, exciting new features, apparently abandoned before the words had actually finished resonating in the wind.) Not to mention the complete omission of key facts that really should...
Platform: Xbox Series X
Game Version: v 0.1.3062
Game Mode: Ashes Series
Match Type: Test
Teams used: AUS vs ENG
Ground: The Gabba
Over Count: Any
Issue: If bowling a no ball two extra deliveries are incorrectly added to the over instead of just the one to re-bowl the no ball, if two no balls...
Spin is definitely still broken at Lahore (for one) within a career for a batting all-round leg spinner, Xbox. Stock leg spin deliveries just go arrow straight with no drift or turn present at all. Sliders, top spinners & googlies function normally but a leg spinner's stock ball is broken...
I'm not currently experiencing this issue & haven't for quite some time now in all honesty but it's definitely another one I put up with in earlier patches on Xbox & it was a giant pain in the backside. Yes, I see you have a PS, not Xbox ;)!! (Having said that, it wouldn't be surprising at all...
This doesn't actually surprise me at all lol.
When it's working it does spin just fine, & agreed, on certain surfaces or at the higher skill levels it is possible to really get things ripping :).
However, have you tried every possible ground available in C22, and/or tried every ground possible...
This was already happening on some grounds/pitches before the latest patch where spin was just plain broken regardless, let alone since. (Xbox Series X.)
The official English & Australian grounds seem absolutely fine as far as I can tell. I can't remember spin being broken at any of the club...
Follow on system is completely borked on Xbox Series X yet again & the broken system is another direct carry over from C19 which frequently had issues regarding follow ons.
If an opposing team comes in well under the required 200 runs a follow on is still inexplicably enforced regardless.
Even...
I look for the drift in the air to judge the spin (or lack thereof if it's going straight on coupled with the pitch marker), but that's purely out of habit from lord knows how many deliveries faced from spinners.
LMAO :) :).
As sad as the obvious loss of human life was, at least the Titanic sunk in just a few hours & that was that, done, over! Forever entombed in the crushing depths.....
...C22 was barely afloat on release only it's taken Ross an additional 8 months to ensure he well & truly drowned...
