Looks like you are using a old career save. You need to load the career save in game and let the game update it.

Should be fixed now for both editors, just redownload.

Well I wouldn't need to make a new editor, I'll just add a jersey import/export feature to the Academy Save Editor and the Career Save Editor so you can swap any teams jersey. Yep it must of been a man flu typo :)

Can't be done with this tool, it's a save editor not a memory editor.
