    Ok the tool has been updated to rebuild the bank files. You will need to download the latest DBC17 Blobset Creator, and you will place the bank files in the (DBC17Mods\sound) folder.

    I've work out how to update the bank files now. The only problem I'm having is that I can't change the track length atm, so you will need to make your wav files the same length as the originals.

    You need to make another txpk file for custom stadium boundary files, I've got the files put together - Custom_Stadium_Boundary_TXPK.zip Make sure you update to the latest TXPK Creator and place all the files and folders into the txpk folder.
