most game modes (tour, career, online) will lock some menu (like controller selection). This will unlock them.

@Gamer Pradosh LINK REMOVED TEMPORARILY with this program you can unlock the menu in the game (the same that in the previous game). I included the source code for Cheat Engine usage: launch the game, open the program and press START

i got win 7 64 bit too i checked the game requirements and it says win 7 64 bit or higher

if you mean config.ini i tried now but still nothing. We both have a gtx, so that may be the reason it happens for us

@MattW edit: i have a gtx 660, is that enough? it runs fine except for this bug i reinstalled most of the files but doesnt work. Also reinstalling video drivers doesnt work. Getting this, it's a shaders problem if i m not wrong.

having this problem too not sure if i have some corrupted files, one of my hard disk doesnt work properly
