Yes people should be allowed to upload what they want, the problem is more than he took other players, logos, etc, didn't give credit, blatantly said in one thread that Australia was done and uploaded which it isn't, and is making the game look absolute trash, which it obviously isn't. It has been confirmed that you can change your own appearance at any time during career. Don't know about other players, people who actually have the game could confirm this, it would only take a minute.
