Bought the game recently and tried scenario mode for the first time. I was playing the 05' Ashes test (batting as Aus), and after Flintoff bowled the first over, Ian Bell immediately came on - a total immersion breaker!:facepalm How has this bug not been fixed since the game was released a year...

Aghh... For me this is a critical issue, and I hope it can get solved.

@blockerdave Are you still getting the scenario mode forfeit issues that you did yesterday?

I've not heard or played a game in recent memory that didn't have a day 1 patch.

@rajsvm I think you've got the eyes spot on there - not sure about the nose and the cheeks (may be a touch too long).

Yup, and many people aren't promoting it to their friends by word of mouth due to the lack of trailer sadly. No one is going to go out their way to download the academy demo just wanting to see some gameplay of the new game (which is not the norm).

Non-existent promotion in the UK.

I believe BA hired or are trying to hire an Environment artist/designer - maybe we will see the benefits of that in future patches/iterations.

Yup - I only saw 5 English licensed grounds (where Ashes tests will be played) and the Aussie ones. Also, the perk system should add some depth into career mode :)

It would be cool if they announce it via a trailer/screenshot of player pictures in-game! I can imagine the wonders it would do publicity-wise. Anyway, the trailer will come in due time - just be patient!

@MattW Many thanks for the extra details on scenario mode. Any chance you can confirm if this mode will allow online co-op? I think it's something that could take replayability to another level as well as being another great selling point :)

I'm sold on Scenario mode :eek: Requested it a while back (as have others) for Ashes cricket and DB17 - glad the feedback has been acknowledged. The ability to share 'scenarios' online is fantastic.

Would be great to see (and certainly something I would expect after the progress made w/batting animations in the last game). One major issue I'd liked 'fixed' is fielding on the boundary line - it's a bit depressing when the fielder overruns or slides unnaturally over the boundary rope.

Appreciate the reply re: HUD @MattW. Also, I'm certainly looking forward to experiencing the challenge of the enhanced timing window.
