@Acid Burn How do you guys deal with the run out bug?

Such suggestions were already mentioned in the DBC17 wishlist thread so don't get your hopes up.

This is one of the more annoying bugs - doesn't matter how good your connection is with the other player, you will always get this issue.

@wasteyouryouth A lot of what you said was mentioned in the 'DBC17 wish list' thread post-DBC14 and unfortunately it has not been acted upon. Simple stuff that you mentioned re changes in the academy would make a considerable difference...

Not even touched career mode due to the above issues. One thing for sure is that I will learn from my mistakes and not pre-order a DBC game again. I will wait a week or two and seek out genuine reviews.

These forums seem so 'dead' compared to DBC14 days, shame really but not surprised either.

To expand on that, I mean significant issues like broken stats, field placements not sticking, etc - not your typical minor issues every game has.

I'm also enjoying the game in my own way - just a little disappointed with issues in a few areas as we are so close to the ideal game.

You are playing on franco's version though...

No point reporting bugs that break the game - it has been reported numerous times that field settings don't stick so it seems we are just wasting our time.

The marketing and distributing of the game (at least in the UK) is awful. The fact that the game costs over £40 is ridiculous - it has put so many people off who were interested in a cricket game for the summer but were not willing to pay more than a AAA-rated game. This is honestly such a poor way to justify if the game is worth it imo - if the game can't have correct stats/field placements sticking (to name just two issues) after the 5th patch, then he is entitled to feel let down and lose trust in BA.

I'm sure I speak for many people here in that we can't thank you and others enough for your work re: teams/players etc. I can't recall if we had such an issue with DBC 14's academy?

I have had all sorts of edges and it is fantastic. The only issue I'm having is that I have had no 'bowled's' in 100+ overs of bowling :(

Anyone know/found a solution to the 'blurry screen' in the batsman's line of sight that appears randomly when batting?
