Having finally taken the plunge and started the game and my career mode (three matches in) I can say that overthrows and run outs are the most game-breaking. The AI batsmen insist on taking suicidal runs to mid-off. I don't know if it is because my career player is still playing club matches...

I was feeling pretty good about finally starting my career mode (I had stopped the auto updates on PS5 last update 31 October 2023). Today, it just updated by itself and now I can't start.

This is exactly the issue I have with BA. The games come out before they should, and we are the testers. Same as in Cricket 22 it gets to a stage where the build provides a good cricket experience, then the very next patch mucks it all up. Can it really be possible that after all these games...
