I bought it but will wait until December to start playing. Hopefully by then a few patches have ironed out the bigger issues. Latest patch is a step in the right direction though.

I've found the game to be progressively worse. The fielders are diving randomly and the scripting is game breaking. How is it that a company that has made iterations from DB14 can't get the basics right? We are the suckers.

In career mode, is anyone else experiencing an issue when assigning umpires? When the match starts I rarely get both umpires that I selected.

Bowling has become the bane of my existence. Currently my career player has bowled 35 overs with figures of 1-120. The joy of taking a wicket far outweighs getting a 100 as it is nearly impossible to be a good bowler on higher difficulties. Conversely, scoring runs isn't that hard.

Any advice for game crashing in RSA career mode? I was in my Third season, just about to be called up to domestic side and my next match is a club 3 day game in 7 days. As soon as I click next it says we finished first in the 50 over comp, then it crashes.

You could try "No Logos" in the initial setup and then choose "with logos" once the team appears.
