Fielding:
Broken run outs - players prefer standing outside the crease mostly and gets out
Outfield ball chase - fielders giving up on chasing the ball
Fielders not throwing the ball from the outfield and holding onto it forever
Gameplay:
Leg side bowling by AI with no leg side protection-...
I’ve been following your posts here very closely and I should admit that only by reading them, it gets me the immersion which we live for.
I do remember your slider settings but could you possibly confirm the below?
1. What’s your batting difficulty? - custom sliders?
2. What’s the AI...
After several attempts and getting smashed by AI all over the park in ODIs(legend), I had to bring them down to PRO difficulty and shoot up user difficulty to get the right immersion and it did not fail me. My first low scoring ODI with a nail biting finish. Sad I couldn’t get the final wicket...
This is confusing.
If the match difficulty is what decides our competency, then what’s the point of having batting, bowling, fielding sliders under custom settings?
I guess they are the same thing, when you select hardest match difficulty before the match, it changes all the custom sliders to...

Though I’ve enjoyed this game in piece meals, below is current state of the game after me doing several hours of testing. Pls feel free to add/remove basis your experience:
Fielding:
Broken run outs - players prefer standing outside the crease mostly and gets out
Outfield ball chase -...
Thanks but this will only restrict my performance. Im more gravitating towards low scoring matches (230-280) where you grind and make the AI grind as well. Though the high scoring ones fun too, but the satisfaction of taking wickets on a seeming track, missing the edges quite often and that odd...
It’s become easier to score in the ODI’s regardless of the pitch. I’m using

Batting with the new patch seems to be getting easier and it gets hard with the sliders. Can we meet midway please?
and then the AI and their love for leg stump line with no fielders on the leg side. Love the audacity
Striker timing - 40
Wicket chance - 50
Bowl quality - 100

And batting a lot harder. It’s been a fun ride and a lot of grinding and locking horns with the AI
Do we expect to have more NZ grounds in forthcoming patches - Given WI is licensed, they have all their grounds included which is not true for NZ. Thoughts?
Ashes 2nd test, I’m playing as Australia with custom sliders. England 1-0 up and the game has been truly immersive. It needs grinding to compete against the AI. The AI can’t be human but it’s definitely better than before, they do rotate strike and keep the scorecard ticking.
Keeping aside all...
Nope - pro controls, grounded shots and I’m able to pull them off quite frequently. It is easier with batsman like Smith, Labuschange but not with others. As I said, you’ve to have the right adjustments - ball away from the body, good player skills and this would happen.
Balls closer to the body...
Completion designer is accessible on ps5. I just played a ODI tri series with this. Open completion and there is an option to create a new completion on Ps5
Not sure why people aren’t able to play cover drives. Works fine for me; it depends on player skills, your footwork, how far the ball is away from your body and right shot selection
