Does anyone now whether the in game stadiums can be edited? Will someone be able to edit Melbourne stadium and get rid of the 1 tier parts of the ground (like in dbc 14) and make it 3 tiers?

does anybody know if downloads are cross platform? for example if a logo is created on PC, can i download that on Xbox or can i only download logos from the xbox.
