I see you have made lots of graphics works. But still these are not upto the mark. You need much improvements IMO . I liked the placement of ronaldo icon. But those icons effects are overdone with effects which you may have used. Try working more time on a stuff rather than producing lots, so...

You need to figure out the flaws in your graphics work. Those icons are bit messed with lighting colors and brightness.
