I have GTX750 Ti, and DBC17 is running extremely smooth with Full Settings.

It is very clearly mentioned in the Game Requirement section "Broadband Internet Connection is REQUIRED to Play this game". If you are not sure, you will have Network connection all the time, you may think about skip it altogether. If you buy the game even after reading the basic requirements...

1st Impression about the PC version is, it is really very good. Game play is extremely smooth. I will wait from the developer for the Patch Notes to address what specific aspects were corrected/changed from the console version.

Unless there is an official word from BAS, its difficult to assume anything. I personally feel it will come with some fixes than what is already in the console version, but lets wait for the official word from the developer.

I feel DBC17 is going to be much better (In comparison to DBC14) experience for Career & Offline Mode. Online I have yet to play, so can comment only after I experience it myself. Cant wait for the game to release on 17th January.

As of now I am not even thinking about any Online Tournaments for DBC17. Let us see how the game turn out to be on PC on release. Unless the overall online experience is better than DBC14 online experience, we will stick with DBC14 for our Online Tournaments.
