i can't get best, it says my account doesnt have the privileges to do that. any idea what i can do?

Hi I just received the game, when i click on replace all teams to et the correct names, a message come up saying: ALERT: Your account does not have sufficient privileges to download shared content, certain features will therefore be unavailable. Any idea what i can do to fix it?
