Great job, BA. I had a few hours on this last night and really, really enjoyed it. The first two patches still felt like somewhat of a struggle, but patch 3 has sorted out 99% of my gripes. Now anything else will really be a bonus! :)

Wait it out. To me, DBC17 feels like a completely different game to DBC14, and not in a good way. I didn't get DBC14 until last year and wasn't aware of the initial issues with that release, but it seems like a lot of the issues were patched after a couple of months. Hopefully it's the same...

Great review, and it pretty much aligns with a lot of my thoughts. Arcadey is definitely the right word to describe DBC17. I came late to the party with DBC14, so I wasn't aware of the initial teething problems and was able to pick it up and play and, most importantly, enjoy it, right out of...
