Hi, i havent been on here for a long time but since i now have cricket 22 i was delighted to see the sliders are still being worked. Only problem is when i try to download the spreadsheet (v4)it says error.can anyone help please? Thanks
really like how shot force feels at 20.I mean a cricket ball is not soft at all so unless a good amount of power/timing is applied the ball wont fly to the boundary and i feel this is reflected much better now.Batting isnt my strong point as i often mention but now im having to really wait for...
well ive only tried your settings in australia and we all know that aussie pitches are great for fast bowlers who hit the deck hard but doesnt produce a great deal of movement off the seam hence why england struggled over there so badly.I bowled 15 overs as australia with both ball friction 70...
doing a little bit of experimenting bowling as both england and australia using settings for aussie pitches but with ball friction on 45 from start to finish.Tbh i was happy with it at 70 on day one but admittedly there was a lot of big movement off the seam.Currently have ball friction on 45...
in the gameplay modifier menu, for ball friction it says increasing thie slider will increase the grip of the ball in ALL situations so im guessing this also refers to catches?the reason i ask is because i have noticed that hardly any catches are being dropped by the cpu.May just be me but i dont...
1st test at the gabba,i have aussies 178-8 which is pretty good going but im dreading having to bat.A lot of of edges have flown over and past the slips and really could have skittled them for under a hundred with a bit more luck.If i manage 100 all out i will be amazed haha
early impressions are very encouraging.Went completely with your settings for australia and the first thing i noticed was shot force. So much more realistic and i love the way that the ball no longer hits the rope in a split second. Also it may be just me but the way the ball behaves especially...
just to add im early in on day 2 of 1st ashes test and my pace bowlers have taken two quick wickets, the aussie batsmen were starting to punish me as the ball got older.i adjusted the friction as stated so hopefully the wickets keep coming or at leat a few chances come my way.i agree that shot...
one thing i have noticed for sure using your settings is that there is definitely a noticeable difference to how the ball behaves at the start of an innings while the ball is new and the subtle changes in friction/revs make it a far more realistic experience. Its just hitting that sweet spot i...
coming towards the start of the last session of day 1 and im really liking how realistic the spin bowling is.Moeen has been getting very little turn but every now and then one will go a bit further giving the aussies a bit of bother. On a few occasions ive pitched it on leg stump and nearly got...
well tbh i quickly scribbled the settings down but forgot to write ball bounce down so just kept it at 50 and i think it works very well.i was planning on bowling as both teams but may see how the ai bowls.certainly a more satisfying feel overall,if only ba could sort the fielding just a little...
i dont mind a few dropped catches i mean it does happen doesnt it.just frustrating when the batsman goes on to post a big score. One thing i love about the way the australian pitch is setup is that it really does pay to be aggressive and use bouncers at the right time much like irl.
So i gave it a go,started a new ashes series(using wasteyouryouth reskilled teams i had downloaded).first test at the gabba,i had always kept pace speeds at default but went entirely with the settings at top of the page and im so glad i did as it was probably my most enjoyable spell of bowling...
