oh, ok. how do i check the router's gateway ip?

My default gateway is withing the range of those ip addresses (its also the same as the address for my router). Is there anything i can do about that?

Yeah, i've definitely got the ip address right. Everything in the port-forwarding tool seems to work, and it adds the rule to the router, and all the exceptions to windows firewall, but when i do the last step, "test that the ports now work", it says "27000 is offline and can not be reached"...
