Definitely seeing increased stuttering on mine. I've found it happening when crossing during running. When the umpire is signalling and occassionally when bowling spin. The last of those is the only really annoying one as it can make it much harder to nail the spin and timing.

When does the difficulty go up? Is it level/exp inspired or just time based? I can see when playing for England it had gotten harder because the markers disappeared but when playing for Middlesex or South Australia a bowling average that started at around 7 and ended up at 5 doesn't suggest it...

It generally takes game breaking bugs for it to pulled. We're talking system crashes or hard reboots for it to not get allowed through. Or you need to be EA and then you can just release whatever you want.
