Hi Everyone
I'm going to start making patches for blic 2005
Any Requests

i'm really good at making patches, some requests would be nice, other wise i'll post some random stuff.

Patches

G'day mate, I've got Ricky Ponting 2005 on PS2.
Do you know if its possible to put player face patches on it for this game format? Because I know you can't change to the proper faces (unlike when you play the World Cup format they have the proper faces)
If you have a face patch for a PS2 version I'd love it please.

If you can, please fix the annoying bug that occurs with career player.
I've reset the stats, played three innings of 110, 89 and 105.
Average should be 101.33

It tells me its 3.04!!! What the?

If you can fix that it would be great.

BTW I have this game on PS2.

Faces

Hmmm, if you have an editor for RPIC 2005 on ps2 you should be able to change the faces, here are the faces
and for the other one you need to find the checksum for your save game file with the checksum calc and then convert to a file that can be used with the Player editor by the marvelous Tom hicks or Mentalists Team editor

That's too easy, if you scroll up from this message, you should see up the top left side 'USER CP' which stands for User Control Panel.

Click on it...

Now a screen comes up with all the personal details that you can edit down the left hand side such as avatar, home ground, where you live etc.

Now to upload a pic for your avatar it will ask to locate what file you what to insert so basically it will redirect you to your pictures folder or where ever you have your pictures stored.
Select a picture from it then you can upload. That's pretty much it.
If you have any probs I'll go through it again.

I got my avatar from a website called Face of the Future. (google search it)
It asks to upload a photo of your face and then it morphs it into all different things, young, old (which was scary!) and even the anime.

Youv'e probably guessed by now, yes, that's my face which has been morphed!

Thanks for the help with the faces, I'll just try and put that file onto the cd...if possible!!!

BTW if you go to the BLIC05 Records you will see a recent game I played.
I like getting big scores on this game, its fun.
And not to annoy other 07 lovers, I prefer 05 because the action is quicker and 07 is too slow. I'm sorry but that's my opinion.
I hope the next cricket game is like BLIC05 but tweaked up a bit with better graphics and player likeness, I could go on and on...

Thanks for all the faces, now I just have to work out how to delete the other faces off so I can use the proper faces in normal exhibition matches.
Any ideas how to do that?

Home Ground

But how do i edit my home ground?

Easy...click on User CP
Directly underneath that you have edit details.
I put where I live as the W.A.C.A.
You can also scroll down and you'll see other things you can add on.

I've got Baggi Studio and the player editor file by Tom Hicks. Neither of them will help me open the files off the ps2 cd so I'm assuming its for a pc copy only.
Oh well, I don't mind having to play just the World cup and ICC Champions Trophy matches... the players look better in those matches.
