ac09 new teams

I am hoping there is some way to add teams to this favorite old game. Has anyone ever figured it out please? I must have Netherlands ;-) I have searched using this Big Editor and still cannot find a way to even copy an existing team and plant it in the file system to therefore make it (a so...
