The team has to be posted by 1100 BST. This means that the team needs to be in BEFORE 1100 BST. The team should have been posted at 1059 BST or before.

BST is one hour ahead of GMT.

BST applies only in the summer, and thats pretty much it.

By the way, I think I can piece together what happened to Vatican.

They were trying to post the team at the very last minute (because they're hypocrites and condemn something, but they themselves do it), and somehow Abhas missed the post reply button.

When he finally hit the button, it was 1101 BST.

You know what, if you observe closely, Abhas was offline all this while, which is why I had to post in the thread for the team to be posted, and send him an offline message in MSN, if posting at last minute had been the genuine case I'm pretty sure it would have been better planned and surely executed.

Though I don't know what happened, I can certainly say that any server can make some delay sometimes in accepting a button, which can range from a few seconds to 20-40!

And why would Vatican would want to post at the last second, when the other team already posted their team?
