Just a tip; Reduce the size of your screen grabs. They don't need to be that large and typing in hot-pink colors is really annoying. Constructive criticism; The Malinga face looks absolutely nothing like him, you're going to struggle to get effective looking faces given the head-models can't be edited terribly well so you're stuck with the generic looking 'shape'...
